INDIAN NIGHTS
Many years ago when Leah and Kyle first got together, they worked for a Restaurant Group called Chai Pani in Asheville NC. At Chai Pani they fell in love with a Indian Food, and they saw how much people loved it. We decided to bring it to Spring Green as a month long pop-up. Two years in and it’s safe to say that our local and wider community loves Indian Nights. See you next January.
ESCUELA BLANCA
An exploration of everything South of the US Border. This menu was especially exciting as we got to source tortilla’s and masa from our neighbor in Lone Rock, Tortilleria Zapeda. This winter’s the menu was home to many delicious things, some familiar and some more adventurous. Tamales, Ceviche, Tacos, Burritos, Huaraches, Horchata, Flan, and so much more.
LUCKY RABBIT
Lucky Rabbit, formerly known as Little Tiger. Is a month long exploration of Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and Laotian food. You can expect Ramen, Dumplings, Bibimbap, Okonomiyaki, Pho, and so much more. We change the entire menu the decor, even the light bulbs. Join us next February for our pan Asian inspired pop-up.
FAMILY TRADITIONS
Chef Chance Spivey and owner Kyle Gray Beach both have deep roots in the Carolina’s. There is almost nothing better than some delicious pastured meats smoked in a hand-built BBQ pit. We bring you various smoked local meats and a whole host of sides, and some good pies too. We may not bring this back for an entire month, but stay tuned for some BBQ events this Spring and Summer.
